I just love a mass of trees in black & white...
...and I just loved this bench sitting all by itself in the deep snow.

If that bench were actually in the deep snow, you wouldn't be able to see the bench ;)
(Don't worry, I haven't seen it anywhere near that bad in Calgary... but in the Rockies it can definitely get much deeper in spots).

A few years before we moved here, I've been told, there was a 5 foot dump of snow! I think the most we've seen at one time was maybe two feet.
