For all you Southerners, who are still roasting in your toasty 70 and 80 degree temperatures - and by "southerners", I don't mean southern Alberta - we experienced the first snowfall of the season today. It wasn't cold enough to accumulate, but that may change in the next day or two. But even still, I have been assured that the "real cold" won't be visiting us until at least late November. That's reassuring.
I do have pictures, but I am having a minor disagreement with my camera that I hope to resolve by early in the week when I have time to devote to the issues it is not happy with.
When I post the "First Snow" pictures, I will also try and post our "Fall in Calgary" pictures which we just took on Monday. And most likely by then I will also have the "Second and Greater Snow" pictures as well, as we are expecting that over the next few days.
Fun times ahead!

I hope I don't get in trouble for my assurances if the real cold comes in early or mid-November! ;^P
Reading John's Facebook updates about his excitement about the snow makes me laugh because he and Shawn are so much alike in that way. Remember how I said Shawn is a big kid and says, "YAY!" whenever it snows? Right after I got off the phone with you then I texted him and said, "It's snowing!" and he texted me back and said, "YAY!" LOL
