And so as Liz and Obal exited the aisle, so did we because we had 32 people coming to our house for dinner 30 minutes later. Saturday morning brought the double team of the University of Oklahoma(OU) and the University of Alabama RUF groups coming to work with and for us this week. We hosted them for dinner that night and John gave an orientation of what to expect during the week as well as some handy cultural notes. The OU group led a quick card game around the table while some of the Bama folks got to know the Fergie kids a little better.
We hosted the Alabama team for lunch Sunday with half of our interns while the Ellison family hosted the OU team and the other half of the interns. After lunch we came together for a little bit of praising the Lord in English and then we sent them off for their and our afternoon siestas.
