My mother sent these pics to us in honor of John's birthday. I think to make us feel old. Just joking. We know we are getting old - I think of it as gaining wisdom.
The pictures were taken the night of our wedding rehersal. My mother thought it would be funny to wrap up a baby doll as a gift and give it to John as a wedding present from "Grandma".
I think part of her fun was in the shock value and the other part was because our mantra to the "grandparents" was that they would not have grandchildren for "5-7 years" - after John finished seminary. Of course that didn't play out the way we planned, since we actually left seminary with 3 children. Maybe that baby did something after all???? Mom??????

Heather;
I guess you got out of Seminary as much as John did, right.

Oh now, ya'll were just pups! I have some good pictures from that time...I'll send them soon.
Thanks for your prayers! I have worked hard today and am a little shaky from it, but I have some meds to take for it. The endocrinologist appointment is in two weeks and VBS is next week. I'm helping, but SO not ready. Please pray for God to give me a clear head and his work through me as I lead a little group.
Love you,
Holly
