Here's to the Ladies

Meet the brave women of Peru Mission, from front left - Allen Bradford, Jami Baker, me, and Sandi Smith. (Missing is Rae Gibson, who will take a short break from us while her husband attends seminary in St. Louis for 3 or 4 years, and then they will return - but no pressure). I love these women! We are learning together what it means to live in community and how much we need community. We do almost everything together - we laugh together, cry together, serve together, study the Bible together, run errands together, speak truth to one another, solve the problems of Peru and the world while sitting in the park in folding chairs drinking a refreshing something and watching our kids run, scream, and play as much as they can before the park maintenance guy comes to tell them to stop doing whatever it is they are doing because it just makes more work for him. I really don't know what I would do without these girls. It's good times. I love these ladies and I am grateful for their presence in my life.

So glad you have community, Heather. Miss you friend, very much!

You all look so "purty" too!
Love,
Holly

That's a good-looking tan you've got going on there! If I move to Peru can I get one of those too?!
That's so wonderful that you've got girlfriends to share daily life with- it's a necessity. Love you guys.
