We are in Austin now having landed in Houston Friday, spent time with my mother, bought a van, went to Bryan yesterday for worship at Westminster PC our home church, hung out with friends a bit there and headed to Austin today to see John's dad.
Last week was just hard - saying goodbye to everyone in Peru. I am even still wrestling with those emotions. I am grateful to be here right now and have loved seeing friends and family here in Texas. But I do long to merge my two worlds.
Alas...

Praying for you tonight as you transition. So glad for what God is doing in and through you. And, glad you're on the same continent as us. ;-)
Glad y'all made it home safely, although you are missed in Peru! I know what you mean about wanting to merge your two worlds- one day in heaven my friend! :)
We had such a great time with ya'll and we can't wait until you return. Please know that we are praying for you during this bittersweet time, another evidence of the tension of the "already and not yet". Won't Heaven be great! No more "bitter" only "SWEET."
