We had a great Easter celebrating together as only our mission family can. After a bountiful lunch together we sent the trusty Peru Mission interns out to hide booty for the Annual Peru Mission Easter Egg Hunt.
After they completed the task the kids were lined up at the door, given the rules of engagement (if you see someone going for an egg, you may NOT run over and knock them out of the way in order to get their egg - Hunt like Jesus would), and sent on their way, ready to score bookoos of eggs loaded up with sweetness. Uncle Allen shoved his way in front of my sweet Kevin - that's his arm. Allen...don't be gettin' between my boy and his eggs now.
And off they go!!!
While the kids were on the hunt for those elusive eggs...
...the paprazzi parents were busy snapping away hoping for THE SHOT that will capture all the pomp and cuteness of the day.
After all the eggs were found, or so we believed, it was time to dig in and evaluate the treasure.
Some needed some Daddy help to get all the stash organized, because there was so much!
All in all it was a great day only to be topped by the sugar comas experienced that night. Thanks to all who got it done! It was a blast!
